It’s easy! We have 3 ways to book a party.
***Walk-up Parties... Customers are welcome to play, but we do not allow walk-up parties. Bringing in gifts or dessert during an open play visit is strictly prohibited. Parties must be booked in advance and in our designated party rooms.***
Yes, we require a $100.00 non-refundable deposit to reserve your party. The remaining balance will be due the day of the event. We accept cash, checks and credit cards. (Visa, Mastercard and Discover accepted)
No. All we need is an estimate. One week prior to the party we will get your final food and drink order. This will be your hard head count and you will pay for the amount of children RSVP'ed for. We will not remove children from the RSVP list on the day of the event.
Additional guests are never a problem! There is a charge per additional child (depending on the party package) that will cover the extra food, drinks and supplies. We do not charge for adults (18 and over) or infants and are not counted in the party total.
We ask that you arrive no earlier than 15 minutes prior to your scheduled party. We cannot guarantee entrance into the party room before your scheduled 2 hour party. Your Partista will start your adventure at the beginning of your scheuled party time.
You may bring dessert (cake, cupcakes, candy, ice cream) to your party. We’re sorry, but no other outside food is permitted. We are also a nut sensitive zone, so nothing involving nuts for desserts.
No, food nor drink is allowed from the outside.
When you enter the party room, everything will be set up. At the end of your party, all you need to do is take your belongings and leave all the clean up to us! We ask for the party room to be cleared of belongings and guests by the end of the party. There is a fee of $25.00 every 15 minutes you are in the room after the scheduled 2 hour party. Please be considerate of the parties arriving after yours is completed. If you would like to move into the main area to continue playing, you are more than welcome to.
Fort Clarkston supplies all paper products (utensils, table cloths, napkins, cups and plates) and party decorations. We do not allow the following outside party supplies, silly string, confetti, glitter or anything nailed/tacked or taped to the walls.
Will my party be private?
All the birthday party packages have their own private party room. It is for only you and your guests!
There may be other parties at the same time in one of our other party rooms. The play area is shared with everyone, including kids coming in for open play.
Yes! For safety and sanitary reasons, socks are required to play at all times. We offer socks for sale in our gift shop if you are in need.
All guests must have a completed and signed waiver for insurance purposes. The waiver must be signed by a parent or guardian. The parent/guardian can fill one out when they arrive for a party or we have an online waiver as well.
Any age is acceptable on our play equipment. Adult supervision is requested for very small children or for children with special needs. We also have a Cub Cove and is geared towards children 36" inches and under only. Our larger structure is open to any height. Feel free to get in and play with your children as well.
For scheduled birthday parties being hosted by an adult, we allow drop offs. We will have the parent/guardian sign the child in and leave an emergency phone number. Adults are also welcome to stay! Siblings can be paid for separately.
Kids birthday parties are only the beginning! From Cub Scout or Girl Scout trips, school and daycare field trips, to Moms groups, we’re excited to host just about any group that wants to celebrate. We also offer discounted group pricing for 12+ children.
